Dealership Network

Professional installation packages are available through our national dealership network, who are able to offer specialist services including advice, display, site survey, installation and after sales care.

Sample Service

Small wood samples, a maximum of 3 per request can be sent as a complimentary service. Larger samples may be purchased, refundable against order.

Product Availability

All materials displayed in this brochure are normally held in stock. Our objective for continual stocking is paramount. However we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and specification without prior notice.

Colour Matching

Solid hardwood is a warm and natural living material with inherent variations in colour, grain and surface nuances. Whilst every endeavour is made to offer consistency in graining and colouring, no two pieces of solid hardwood are the same.

Suitability

The sub-floor should always be checked for moisture content and appropriate preparation employed. Solid hardwood flooring should not be installed in areas subject to excessive moisture; i.e. bathrooms or utility rooms.

Deliveries & Collections

We offer a fast, reliable nationwide delivery service and export service on request. All orders will be delivered by a large lorry so it is important that any restricted access details are advised prior to delivery. The load will be dropped at the driver’s discretion, to the nearest and safest point to your property, this may be on the drive or to the kerbside. The delivery driver cannot help with handling floors into your property, so please try to arrange for somebody to help with the offload. All orders must be checked on delivery and any shortages, damages or other discrepancies must be notified in writing immediately. Collections are by prior arrangement only, and can only be made by a suitable vehicle. Goods collected are transported at the individuals own risk. Installation is viewed as acceptance of goods supplies which means any claims after this stage cannot be accepted. Full terms and conditions of sales are available on request.

Guarantee

Residential Lifetime structural warranty when fitted in accordance with our technical installation instructions and subject to manufacturers care and maintenance procedures.

Commercial Negotiable commercial warranties available subject to traffic and footfall projections. Please contact your Par-ky dealership for application form.

Storage

Par-ky® should be stored horizontally, in its original packaging in a clean, perfectly dry room. The packs should be laid on equal battens on a flat surface without direct contact to the ground. At least 24 hours before laying your new floor, store Par-ky ® within the room in which it is to be fitted in its original sealed packaging. The room must be at its operational temperature and humidity levels.
